The pop star has put it on the market, just months after closing on a similar estate in the same neighborhood, Variety reports.
The sun-filled 8,456-square-foot mansion features a home theater, game room, wine cellar, guest/maid’s quarters, and a master suite with dual bathrooms, walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tubs and a combined, oversized spa shower.
Spears recently signed a lucrative 2-year extension of her Planet Hollywood headliner residency in Las Vegas, according to Variety.
